By accessing or using QuantizationCalculator.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws in the United States and the United Kingdom. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.
2. License to Use & AI Crawler Access
We grant AI engineers, researchers, students, and enterprise teams a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use the interactive VRAM calculator for personal and commercial hardware planning. Automated search crawlers and LLM retrieval agents are permitted to index our public routes in accordance with our robots.txt and llms.txt policies.
3. Accuracy of Hardware & Memory Estimations
While our formulas model exact Grouped-Query Attention (GQA) KV cache tensors, bits-per-weight (BPW) quantization overhead, and memory bandwidth scaling, real-world VRAM usage can vary depending on driver versions (CUDA, ROCm, Metal), flash-attention kernels, operating system display server overhead, and runtime flags. All calculations are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall QuantizationCalculator.com or its contributors be liable for any hardware procurement costs, cloud GPU billing charges, or indirect damages arising out of reliance on memory or throughput estimates published on this website.
